Concrete Admixture

SUPRIYA ADMIX LPC (Water Reducer PC based superplasticizer with workbility Retarder)

The new generation of this kind of admixtures is represented by Polycar boxylate ether based Super plasticizers (PCEs). With a relatively low dosage (0.30-0.50% by cement weight) they allow a water reduction up to 40%, due to their chemical structure which enables good particle dispersion. Poly- Carboxylate is Super plasticizers for high performance concrete, high strength concrete, and high volume flyash/slag concrete and Optimum Dosage – (wt% of cement) 300ml to 500ml per bag.

SUPRIYA PUMPING AID (Concrete Pumping Aid)

PMA is a Pipe Line Primer and pumping aid in powder form. It is packed in pouches. Once it is mixed with water, it forms a high performance component to provide the concrete pump with a cost effective replacement of costlier cementitious grouts/slurries/other primers. PMA works as a concrete pumping aid by reducing pipe line pressure. This eliminates the difficulty of pumping the hard mix with high friction but eases the PMA is supplied in 250 Gms.

SUPRIYA ADMIX MPC (Mid Range Super Plasticiser)

The new generation of this kind of admixtures is is the new generation super Plasticizing admixture based on modified Polycaboxylate. The product is design for concrete mixes with ultra high water reduction (Min 20%), excellent flow characteristics, etc. and Optimum Dosage (150 ml to 900 ml per 50 kg bag of cement.

SUPRIYA SUPERCHEM MICROSILIA (Silica Fume)

It is a ready-to-use powdered microsilica (silica fume) concrete admixture. This product reacts chemically with the calcium hydroxide in the cement paste which yields a calcium silicate hydrate gel that significantly enhances strength and durability. The super fine microsilica fills the voids between cement particles creating a very dense, less permeable concrete. It meets the requirements of ASTM C 1240.

Waterproofing System

SUPRIYA SUPERCRETE (Acrylic based high performance polymer)

It is a single component, pure acrylic based polymer. It accommodates limited crack movement in underline surfaces and also develops excellent bond to most building materials hence becoming a part of concrete repair. Primary application includes waterproofing of basements. toilets, terraces, roofs, swimming.

Coverage:

2.0-2.5 Sq.mtr/Kg area in two coats depending upon the porosity of the substrate.

SUPRIYA SUPERFIN 2K

Two-component Flexible Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry system.

Water retaining structures and reservoirs, Bathrooms and wet areas, Basements, roofs, and foundations, Protection of concrete substrates and masonry against carbon dioxide, chloride ions, water and de-icing salts, Non-toxic, suitable for drinking water, Topping with good wearing surface, As an underlayment for many types of floor finishes such as vinyl sheeting, carpeting, rubber sheet and tiles.

SUPRIYA SUPERCRETE SBR LATEX

Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex based polymer

It is a styrene butadiene copolymer emulsion. The resulting product is a waterproofing and bonding admixture. SBR Liquid can be mixed with cements, sand- cement mortars and concretes. The mixes produced give high bond strength to existing concrete, masonry and reinforcing steel. Weather resistance is improved due to reduced permeability and thinner sections may be applied due to improved flexural and tensile strengths. Additional improved properties include abrasion resistance, freeze thaw resistance and chemical resistance. SBR Liquid is suitable for both internal and external use.

Surface Treatment

SUPRIYA SUPERFINISH MRA-OB (Mould Release Agent, Oil Based)

BESTOFINISH MRA -OB is specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties which are superior to those of a conventional mould oil. The chemicals react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould. Thereby enabling easy striping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel, aluminium and wooden formwork.

SUPRIYA SUPERFINISH MRA -CB (Mould Release Agent, Chemical Based)

SUPRIYA SUPERFINISH MRA -CB Emulsion Based Shuttering Oil agent is a specifically formulated and selected additives. It is supplied as a low viscosity, Pale Straw-Coloured liquid. On the mould, SUPRIYA SUPERFINISH MRA -CB provides a chemical release action that is superior to that provided by normal Emulsion based release agents (Concrete Society Categories 1 to 4). Entrapment of air bubbles at the mould surface is minimised, reducing surface blemishes and substantially reducing remedial costs. As well as improving cast concrete surfaces, SUPRIYA SUPERFINISH MRA – CB also minimises damage to form surfaces. Corrosion on steel moulds is reduced. On all mould types the easier release and reduced residue minimise the chance of damage to the mould surface during stripping and cleaning. This extends the life of the surface and reduces the frequency of concrete defects caused by damage to the mould face.
